An employee of yours promptly responded to me in a very helpful manner on every question I had. This employee was instrumental in assuring me that your product was reputable and the pager I wanted to choose. It is refreshing to find a company whose employees are so exceptionally helpful and willing to assist. I regret that I cannot recall the name of the employee that assisted me, but I wanted to commend them anyway. I have never written a letter before, so you can be assured that your employee truly went above and beyond the call of duty!! They deserve to be acknowledged!! Thank you for your time.

When I received my pager the number that was programmed into it was a long distance number from my home and for most of the people that would be paging me. I e-mailed People's Paging and within a matter of hours, a new, local, number was programmed into my pager and an e-mail was sent to me confirming my number along with a page containing my new number to my pager. There was also a very sincere apology sent to me via e-mail not necessary, but appreciated. Very impressive.

Ordering my pager was extremely easy. I found ALL the information I needed was on the web, and the prices were fantastic.
